On a sunday afternoon when the fam was still here visiting, Aunty Joie snuck around the house and took pictures of everyone enjoying the afternoon. Here are some of the pictures she took:

Art's first haircut

On the saturday before Sara's talk on church almost the whole challis family came up to see Sara. We were all talking when suddenly dad asked uncle Art if he wanted to have a haircut. He didnt want to but all of us pressured him into doing it. So then dad cut his hair. We all watched him do it too. It almost an hour so it was quite the ordeal. Here are some pictures of "Art's first haircut" and the fam.

Sara's Home!!!

On Tuesday last week, we went and picked up Sara from the Jackson Airport!! Everyone was trying not to cry-except for Sara. She was practically sobbing. But thats ok. We hung around the airport waiting for her luggage but it never came around on the baggage claim. Finally we went and asked a lady for help. She told us that Sara's bags were still in Denver, and that they would come on a later flight. So then we left and drove home. At home Sara saw the sign we had painted for her the night before. She started crying again. We took the things she had with her inside the house and she got settled in. That night we had a mini party after Sara got released. We toasted to her and everyone was super happy. The next day Sara's luggage came at 8:00. Sara gave a card to the man who brought her the luggage. She explained the church to him and it was kind of awkward when he wasn't interested. So anyways, Sara has been home exactly a week. She got a job at the Maverik Office filing things and I think she is trying to find another job. We cant believe she is finally home. It seems like she's never been gone sometimes. But we all know she has been gone and has served a wonderful mission.
